Davimont Contracting is an Arkansas commercial carpentry subcontractor built to self-perform its work with its own W-2 crews, for projects across the United States. We are building a vetted pool of travel-ready carpenters and foremen — per diem provided on out-of-town work. Submit your credentials and we will contact you as projects are scheduled.

Capabilities & complianceCommercial carpentry: rough framing, blocking and backing, trim and finish carpentry, doors, frames and hardware, millwork install, and acoustical ceiling tile & grid.
Crews will travel under a working foreman, mobilized from our Arkansas base. We are hiring for night-shift and occupied-store remodel work on multi-week rotations.
Written safety program. OSHA 10 for every crew member within 90 days of hire, OSHA 30 for foremen. Written drug and alcohol policy with reasonable-suspicion and post-incident testing; customer-required testing supported. Incident reporting with same-day notice to the GC.
Insurance is being placed now; certificates of insurance are issued before any mobilization. Coverage: commercial general liability $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate, statutory workers' compensation with other-states coverage, hired & non-owned auto, and umbrella coverage. Additional-insured and waiver-of-subrogation endorsements per your subcontract. W-2 crews — no labor brokering.
TRADE POOL APPLICATION
Form 01 — Applicant Record- W-2 employment with taxes withheld; workers' compensation coverage in place before your first day.
- Weekly paychecks. Overtime after 40 hours at 1.5×.
- Per diem paid on out-of-town assignments.
- $100/week field bonus for every crew member deployed away from home — paid as wages.
